Overview

Pendennis is a 2-bedroom apartment with views over St Austell Bay. The historic port of Charlestown is close by, and St Austell is about 1 mile (1.6 km) away.

The self-catering apartment is a short drive from the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30-minute drive.

The penthouse has Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a lounge, under-floor heating and 2 double bedrooms. The kitchen provides lovely bay views. A breakfast pack is provided, including cereals, tea/coffee, milk and sugar.

Pendennis Apartment is located just outside St Austell town. There is free parking space, and some visitor spaces are available.

A nearby leisure facility offers sports and activities, including tennis, squash, badminton and a swimming pool.

Horse riding, spa days and other activities available locally can be arranged on request.

Area information	Pendennis is a 15-minute walk or short taxi ride from the main train and bus stations. Newquay Airport is about 20 minutes’ drive away.

Important information	Please telephone the apartment the night before your arrival, in order to arrange check-in and key collection. The apartments do not accept American Express for any payments. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival, and will be returned within 24 hours of departure. Please note that parking is not guaranteed.
